Superintendent's Recommendation:

* Report from Special District Financing & Administration on the analysis of the current status of funding obligation of Community Facilities District Nos. 1-6, 8, 9A, 9B & 10-20.



Analysis:

Special Tax Consultant, Barbara Hale-Carter of Special District Financing & Administration, will report to the board of trustees an analysis on the 2016-2017 projected actuals and budgeted expenditures, and projected revenue for the current 2017-2018 fiscal year, by Community Facilities District (CFD). The report will also provide an overview on the status of the new construction obligation and modernization obligation for each CFD.
